This product is INCREDIBLE! I take it along with my antidepressent and I need about 3 tablets of gaba daily and I am just full of energy, happiness, and joy. No more buzzing mind of stress. It got rid of my compulsive thoughts and ADD. The antidepressent (zoloft) balances my mood and gaba balances my mind. A perfect combo for a very joyful life! I recommend taking this with an antidepressent (you might be into a natural one like 5-HTP or St. John''s Wort, etc.) I cut one tablet of gaba up and poured the powder into my dad''s water and he seemed alot happier today and he laughed at little things and did silly things that I''ve never seen him do before ever. So I LOVE this stuff. *But don''t rely on this alone! :) I eat super healthy, drink lots of water and take alot of walks. I just hope that ill keep sticking to this lifestyle but I know I can totally lean on this supplement no matter what! :)

It did work well for me and I use it as needed only. Tell you what - better than drugs and don't have to use Xanax any more.

Wonderful product. I use it at bedtime and have a complete nights rest. If a stressful time comes in life this gives me added support for the daytime too.
